​Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Blue Care) of Illinois

Individual, family, child-only, marketplace, and non-marketplace dental products are available. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations define pediatric dental as necessary up to age 19, but these plans have been adjusted to age 21. Enrollment requires broker assistance at this time.

 

Cigna

Individual and family dental plans available to all ages. The largest national network with over 129,000 providers in their dental PPO network. In network routine checkups, cleanings, and x-rays covered at 100%. This plan is not compliant with the pediatric essential preventative and orthodontic dental requirement under the affordable care act.
